Great food and drink at great prices!The Summit Grille offers visitors an extraordinary dining option for an ice skating complex. Located conveniently in our lobby, the Grille offers a wide variety of snacks, appetizers and sandwich's along with a large selection of hot and cold drinks including hot Nestle drinks and refreshing Coke products. Kids and adults love our jumbo soft pretzels, cheese stix, toasted ravioli, cheesy nacho’s and fresh-baked chocolate chip or sugar cookies.
Our all-beef hot dogs, burgers, Johnsonville Bratwurst and grilled chicken sandwiches are all cooked to order on our Char-broiler. Our signature breakfasts’ items such as the Breakfast Burrito's or Egg & Cheese Sandwich's are cooked on the flat-top while we also feature healthy-choice items like ham or turkey wraps, salads, cut vegetables and fresh fruit. We contract out for pizza with Domino’s.
We carry a variety of draft and bottled beers from Anheuser-Busch, Miller Lite, Coor's and local micro-brewery’s Boulevard Brewing and Schlafly. Wine selections include chardonnay, merlot or cabernet. A favorite with our guests on cold winter mornings is our coffee or cappuccinos’ with St. Brennans Irish Crème.
The Summit Grille’s capabilities include catering for 400+ person parties or hosting a child’s birthday party. Events we have hosted include Charitable Parties, Bar Mitzvahs, and St. Louis Blues Alumni events.
